私（B）下記の事項を確認し遵守することを誓約いたします。
I (B) hereby solemnly pledge to confirm and adhere to the following matters:

1. 犯罪を理由とする処分 Disciplinary Actions Based on Crimes
   申請人の現在及び過去に遡り、国内外を問わず、犯罪を理由とする処分（交通違反による処分を含む。）を受けた事実（以下、「処分事実」とする。）につき
   Reviewing the present and past of the applicant, both domestically and internationally, regarding disciplinary actions based on crimes (including actions resulting from traffic violations):
   1. 処分事実の存在する場合、Bは速やかにAに報告する義務を負うこと。
      If there is a disciplinary action, B must promptly report it to A.
   1. 処分事実を報告しないことによって生ずる一切の責任はBが負うこと。
      B assumes all responsibility for not reporting the disciplinary action.
   1. 処分事実の内容によっては、管轄の入国管理局長に当該処分事実を報告し、本件申請及びこれに関連する手続を辞任する場合があること。
      Depending on the nature of the disciplinary action, B may be required to report it to the jurisdictional head of the Immigration Bureau, resign from this application, and related procedures.
      
      
2. 提供資料の瑕疵 Defects in Provided Documents
   本件申請に際して提供する資料等（以下、「提供資料」とする。）につき
   Regarding the documents and materials provided in this application (hereinafter referred to as “provided documents”):
   1. 提供資料に事実と相違する記載のある場合、これによって生ずる一切の責任をBが負うこと。
      B bears all responsibility for any discrepancies between the provided documents and the actual facts.
   1. 提供資料の原本であって、原本還付の必要があるものについては、事前にBに報告すること。
      For original documents that require return, B must report this in advance.
   1. 原本還付の必要につき報告せず、現に原本が失われても、これにより生ずる責任をAが負わないこと。
      A is not responsible for any loss of original documents if B fails to report the need for return.
      
      
3. 交付及び許可並びに条件 Issuance, Permission, and Conditions
   本件申請に対して入国管理局が決定する交付及び許可につき
   Regarding the decisions on issuance and permission made by the Immigration Bureau for this application:
   1. 交付及び許可の可否、並びにこれに付される条件等は入国管理局が決定するところであること。
      The issuance, permission, and associated conditions are determined solely by the Immigration Bureau.
   1. 不交付及び不許可により生ずる一切の責任はBが負うこと。
      B is responsible for any consequences resulting from non-issuance or non-permission.
      
      
4. 信用、名誉及び社会的評価　Credibility, Honor, and Social Evaluation
   本件申請の如何に関わらず
   Regardless of the outcome of this application:
   1. Aの信用、名誉及び社会的評価を著しく低下させる行為をしないこと。
      B will refrain from engaging in actions that significantly damage A’s credibility, honor, and social evaluation.
   1. 前項に抵触する事実が発覚した場合、これによりAに生ずる不利益の一切の責任を負うこと。
      If facts contradicting the above are discovered, B will bear all responsibilities for any resulting disadvantages to A.
